Henna And Rope

In celebration of Eid ulAdha, the Muslim festival of the sacrifice – when Abraham was willing to sacrifice his son to show his faith in God.

In many parts of the world, henna is used to decorate the body as a temporary tattoo. It’s used in many cultures and religions, particularly in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

Here I’ve tied around the tattoos I drew on my own hands, the rope a contrasting but complimentary decoration.
